Description
Our mission has been to produce vibrant, quality and innovative beer with a truly authentic team of humans since 2015. Structures Brewing was founded by James Alexander after spending years working at breweries in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
In 2021, forces were joined when Bryan Cardwell partnered with James. Bryan comes from a background of world class brewing experience in Washington and Oregon. Together they have meshed their skills of brewing great hoppy beer and lager beer... while also loving to explore the realms of curiosity in Imperial Stouts, Barleywines and Smoothie Sours.

16oz from our Festival of Dark Arts 2026 trip with Josh @ Ryan's shared with Josh, Farees, and Phill.
Aroma: a mix of coconut and coconut, noticeable sweetness.
Taste: along the same lines, thick, and very rich with amazingly integrated Coffee and Coconut.
Overall: nice one, reminds me Coffee Cake series from Modern Times by its amazing integration of coffee and coconut.

Dark brown. There's a lot of coffee on the nose. A little bit of the coconut showing up in there as well. Fairly thick, and much more coconut on the palate. Less coffee - it comes across as more balanced. Overall, it's sweet, flavourful and balanced. Not the legend the first batch was, but still very good beer.

Poured from 473mL can. Very, very dark brown with no head. Coffee and dark sugars, underlying toasted coconut permeates throughout, soft barrel character, not picking up maple syrup. Comes together nicely.

On tap at DownTime Taps, pours an opaque yellowish blonde with a small white head. Nose has indistinct hops beneath the oaty, chalky murkiness, but little hopburn at least. Flavour is muddled, with some bright melony hop tang coming through, light chalk, oats, and minimal bitterness. Fairly pleasant for a hazy, but lack brightness and clarity as usual.

16oz can from Tavour.ilky yellow pour, small tight white foamy head. Light citrusy aroma turns into a big zesty grapefruit bite in the taste. Creamy body carries the tangy blast . Unassuming in the aroma quite a party in the taste.

Aromas are dark roasting malt with a slight amount of tang from something or other. Flavors are similar to nose. Bittersweet with just right body and carbonation. Really easy drinking beer. A touch chalky in the finish.

On tap at Structures - State St. Pours clear gold with a white head. Gooseberries, pine, and a touch of white wine grape on the nose. Flavour has tons of gooseberries and a fruity white wine character, a toucy of crisp pine and some allium in the background. Sweet malt base. Fantastic.

12oz @ Phill's (thanks a lot for the beer, man!).
Aroma: dark fruits, loads of caramel, moderately sweet. Very nice!
Taste: a lot of dark fruits, brown sugars, dark caramel. Long lasting aftertaste.
Overall: I would definitely enjoy this one more without the bitterness from overtoasted caramel. Otherwise, it's a very nice beer.
