16oz can from Tavour. Hazy golden pour, thick creamy head that stays put through the session, streaky lacing. Aroma presents some light citrusy notes. Taste is a bit bolder, mellow grapefruit, orange pith, juicy, zesty. Super smooth.

Dark brown. This has a nice bourbon up front, with some burnt sugars. Smooth, nice bourbon, nice base stout although it's not roasty, mostly just sweet, slightly oxidized, a bit of barrel. It's quite good, not great.

Slight haze, pale, medium head. Medium bitterness, nice amarillo, bit of Simcoe, solid hop expression here.

Slight haze, med head. Nice pine, got that cascade, good chinookian bitterness. Citra is mild but superfluous next to the baller hop that is chinook. A bit yeasty, malt has some biscuit, is okay.

On tap at Structures - Original, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma has a decadent bourbon barrels, molasses, dark sugars, and moderate roast. Flavour is complex, with a wonderfully woody bourbon barrel character, medium roast, some molasses, and booze. Rich, boozy, bourbon-forward, with plenty of vanillin on the finish. It’s not peak-elegant; the barrel character seems rather harsh, but it is wonderfully brewed no doubt.

On tap at Structures - Holly, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals a wonderful mix of white wine hop character from the Nelson and dry piney hops—good mix of hop origins. Flavour is dry, with lots of bitter piney hops, white wine notes, citrus, and biscuity malt. Piney, bitter and tangy. Excellent.

On tap at Structures - Holly, pours a cloudy dull yellow with a small white head. Nose is dominated by the Citra upfront—intense allium—with the Nelson creeping up in back. Doesn’t smell hopburny. Flavour is more of the sams, with lots of gooseberry, allium galore, and gentle hopburn. The Nelson is nice here and then Citra actually works okay—tons of allium but somehow tastefully. Solid hazy.
