Description
Our mission has been to produce vibrant, quality and innovative beer with a truly authentic team of humans since 2015. Structures Brewing was founded by James Alexander after spending years working at breweries in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
In 2021, forces were joined when Bryan Cardwell partnered with James. Bryan comes from a background of world class brewing experience in Washington and Oregon. Together they have meshed their skills of brewing great hoppy beer and lager beer... while also loving to explore the realms of curiosity in Imperial Stouts, Barleywines and Smoothie Sours.

16oz can from Tavour. Murky golden pour, short lived head. Malty, fruity aroma, candy. Taste is fruity up front, solid malt backbone with a fair amount of bitterness. Medium weight

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, thin layer of dense, creamy head. Fruity aroma, notes of citrus, pineapple. Taste is light on the palate, mellow citrus, pear, with more of the zesty citrus hitting at the finish.

16 oz. can, pours a semi-hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose is a bit faded (this is 4 months old), with some light tangy hops, citrus, and some pine. Flavour still is fairly bright, with a nice tangy hop character from the Nelson, some pine, citrus, and light tropical notes. Not ideally fresh but there’s definitely a nice hop expression under here. Very good.

473mL can. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Stone fruit, oranges, allium, and some wine grapes on the nose. Flavour has plenty of stone fruit, dank allium, citrus, and juicy grape character. Hops are pretty juicy, nice Nelson. Quite good.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose is moderately estery, with candi sugar, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of hay. Flavour is way too North American, bringing out too much estery bubblegum notes, along with rustic saison yeast, and biscuity malt. Not authentic yeast expression—too estery and candied like the majority of North American saisons. Not great.

Can from Tavour. Pours gold with a slight transient white head. Aroma of toffee with a light fruit/berry note. Approaching med body. Malty but fairly dry. Bitter enough for balance. flavor is toffee and light berry note. Definitely not raspberry. Pleasant, but the fruit notes seem inappropriate.

5oz.
Aroma: creamy, citrusy, bold.
Taste: a lof of candied citruses, moderately sweet, maybe just a little bit of booze.
Overall: nice one, haha! Glad that I was able to catch it here after it's gone at the brewery 🥳

Small pour.
Aroma: mix of pineapple, coconut, and vanilla. Quite hard to find passion fruit overthat explosion.
Taste: texture is not really like a smoothie. It is definitely sour (not over the board, though). Lots of coconut and pineapple.
Overall: pleasant and enjoyable for what it is.

Aroma: tropical fruits, very fresh.
Taste: along the same lines, a bit more better than Guzz Galaxy I've just tried, but the same mouthfeel. Dank (discovered after retrying it after Tropical Dreams, lol).
Overall: enjoyable, but I expected a bit more flavour and body, considering breweries involved in this brew.
