Our mission has been to produce vibrant, quality and innovative beer with a truly authentic team of humans since 2015. Structures Brewing was founded by James Alexander after spending years working at breweries in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.

In 2021, forces were joined when Bryan Cardwell partnered with James. Bryan comes from a background of world class brewing experience in Washington and Oregon. Together they have meshed their skills of brewing great hoppy beer and lager beer... while also loving to explore the realms of curiosity in Imperial Stouts, Barleywines and Smoothie Sours.

Draft - Light berry fruits and some sweet Belgian yeasty notes. Hazy gold with a frothy white head. Light fruity tartness, touch of sweetness and a clean finish.

Draft 12 oz pour at Structures. Cloudy light yellow pour with the weirdest bubble head I’ve ever seen. Grassy aroma. Flavor is bitter straw, hop heavy, and a cool finish. Not much of a memorable IPA for me, but good flavor qualities. Interesting.

Draft at Beer Junction. This is my first Structures beer and I was hoping for a lot, maybe too much. After all, this is just a single hop pale ale. The malts are very nicely neutral and serve as a backbone. Maybe I am not that big fan of Amarillo, or at least this batch, from this season, from this lot, near that ridge, that was pooped on by that pigeon, on that sunny Tuesday, when the planet aligned with Mercury, Venus and Saturn clustered over the southeastern horizon. I guess what I am saying is its an Amarillo Pale Ale and I think hops vary too much.

Draft - Dark roast notes with some grains. Jet lack with frothy beige head. Sweet, molasses, thin dark roast. Sweet and thin like a Shwartzbier but missing on porter and that account.

Draft - Very sweet citrus peel. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet, Mandarin and a pithy dry finish. Not bad, but it could be more. Great fruit, but complexity and depth die quic to a bitter finish.

Draft - Skunky grass, with tea leaf notes. Cloudy gold with a frothy white head. Tastes much like it smells, lots of tea leaf and some astringent bitterness.

Draft - Grapefruit and grassy with some tartness. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Pithy bitterness, citrus and a dry pithy finish. Pithy chalky taste isn’t great.

Draft - nice coffee roast with a touch of vegetal notes. Jet black with a small brown head. Decent roast, but something is lacking in coffee, chocolate notes are evident, but the whole is not choesive rich nor decadent. Not the worst coffee beer, but pretty disappointing.

Draft - Lemon, raw oak and some funky stone fruity esters. Clear gold. Light sweet and funky esters. Esters dominate but funky barrel notes make this much better.

On tap at Structures, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite sweet and fruity, with sweet fruits, citrus hops and residual malt sweetness. Flavour is robust and on the malty side for a IIPA, with sweet tropical fruits, citrus hops and caramel malt sweetness. Well-constructed, but this is too sweet for my tastes. Solid.
