16 oz. can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has an earthy hop character, light pine, some BO/tired hops, and bready malt. Flavour is bright and very bitter, with lots of bittering hops, some pine, and a dry, crisp biscuity malt. Seems like only bittering hops that they dialed up pretty high. Vibrant, bitter finish, but not a dynamic flavour profile. Structurally good but not their most interesting westie.

Amber-brown, thin head. Toasty, light body, malts on the nutty side and hops more woody. Okay example.

Orange body with white head that vanishes quickly. Hop citrus aroma. Pleasant citrus and pine taste with an all over the mouth finish. Will have it again

On tap at Aslan Depot. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Pine, resins, and biscuit malts on the nose. Flavour is bright and piney, biscuit malts, some dank oils. Nice hop expression, but comes across a bit thin. Great IPA.

On tap at Stoup - Ballard, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of toasted barley, dry cocoa, and earthiness. Flavour is deep, with a nice roasted barley character, a touch of dry cocoa, a touch of dry coffee, and some earthiness. There’s even some hoppy bitterness in there. Finishes roasty and dry. Very nice.

On tap at Stoup - Ballard, pours a clear yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma has notes of bitter pine cones, a touch of dankness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is a bit flat, with gentle dankness, dry pine, and biscuity malt. Not really much hop depth, but the balance is good, finish is dry, and drinkability is high. Solid.

On tap at Stoup - Ballard, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is assertively hopped for even a WC pils, with dank notes, pine, a touch of grass, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has light dankness, plenty of minerality, light pine, and crisp biscuity malt to back. Clean and well-brewed assertive pils. Good.
