Draft at brewery. Honey gold pour. Creamy white head. Restrained bready malt aroma. Flavors of earthy malt, toasted bread, toffee and dank citrus. Interesting mix of fruit and pine. Nice balance and flavor.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma bursts with lots of bright hop tang, light citrus, pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour comes across with bright hop tang, pine, citrus, and white wine. Really nice white wine hop tang on the finish, finishing moderately bitter and impeccably balanced. Excellent.

473mL can. Pours clear gold with a white head. Juicy wine grapes and tangy berries on the nose. Flavour has a really nice white wine character, tangy, some grassy bitterness, citrus peels. Fantastic Nectaron character, this is excellent.

Can. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and light summer fruit aroma with light dankness. Dank and grapefruit flavor with light pine. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Dankness and grapefruit linger with pine.

On tap at Special Brews, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma is extremely dank in hop expression, with pot-like notes, piney hop oils, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is super dank as well, with lots of pot-like hops, resinous oils, pine, and again more pot. Super dank, oily finish. Assertive dank westie. Excellent.

On tap at WABF 2026, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has oily, dank hops, some earthiness, and biscuity malt. Flavour has a nice dank, oily hop character, some pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Not as potent as some or as well-pronounced as others, but well-made.

On tap at WABF 2026, pours a clear pale copper golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly subdued, with piney hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is full of bright, dank hops, some oily resins, pine, and biscuity malt. Nice balance, good expression, but not the most invigorating hop expression. Good.

16 oz. can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has an earthy hop character, light pine, some BO/tired hops, and bready malt. Flavour is bright and very bitter, with lots of bittering hops, some pine, and a dry, crisp biscuity malt. Seems like only bittering hops that they dialed up pretty high. Vibrant, bitter finish, but not a dynamic flavour profile. Structurally good but not their most interesting westie.
