The aroma is soft malt sweet, floral and a hint of citrus. The taste is clean caramel malt, tangerine fruit and peel and then more malt and finishes with soft bitter. The palate is medium bodied with an unfiltered mouthfeel and the bitter softly warming finish. Solid.

Shaker pint draft at Strip's Chicken & Brewing in Lenexa, Kansas. The pour is a clear golden with a minimal head. There are a bunch of fine carbonation bubbles rising to the surface. The aroma is cereal grain and lime citrus. The taste is the cereal grain, clean golden ale flavor, lime citrus and the slightest hint of earth mineral. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and the mineral lime citrus finish. Easy drinking, nice take on a Mexican Lager.
