Force of Nature Brewing is the first Craft Brewery in DeSoto, KS. The result of a scientist and an artist who are passionate about herbs and beer, our brews combine the flavors and aromas of Medicinal Herbs with different styles of beer. Our light but various menu uses ingredients sourced in Kansas City from the best vendors. 12 oz draft at Force of Nature Brewing in De Soto, Kansas. The pour is an opaque brown black with a small khaki head. The aroma is pine, roast malt, and a bit of citrus faintly underneath. The taste is toast malt, slight licorice flavor, the pine, earth and finishes with more of the malt licorice. The palate is medium bodied with active carbonation and the earth, mineral, licorice finish.

12 oz draft at Force of Nature Brewing in De Soto, Kansas. The pour is brown, copper, ruby with a small tan head. The aroma is nutty malt, soft roast, and some cream. The taste is sweet malt, soft cherry, nutty and a nice earthiness. The palate is medium bodied with natural carbonation and the malt sweet and earth finish. Interesting, well made Brown Ale.
