Brewery draught, 6/1/25.
Clear, darker cola-amber. Small, beige head.
Good base malt in the nose contributing a honey-like character that mixes with the tasteful amount of darker malts to create a chocolate and hazelnut character. Clean and malty with low hop.
Soft, malty, with a bit of a chewiness, though drying out with biscuit and cracker on the end. Light chocolate, light hazelnut-cola. Very clean. Maybe a touch soft and sweet for a lager, but balanced and drinkable, for sure.

Brewery draught, 6/1/25.
Moderately-to-heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Small, white head.
Strong smelling with, perhaps, a hint of alcohol, and more hop acid than expected for the style. Strong, fresh OJ but rather acidic, as mentioned, with light pine, spicy mango pit and unripe pineapple. Malts are certainly there, but not contributing sweetness.
Intense, somewhat acidic citrus with a piney edge and lots of unripe, somewhat bitter pineapple-mango. Certainly a good amount of malt texture, but little softness or sweetness. More like chewy, biscuity notes with depth and high attenuation. Clean. Low juice.

Brewery draught, 6/1/25.
Clear, bright brass. Small, white head.
Rustic grains and excellent, honey-like maltiness with a snappy finish replete with herbal hops and yeast.
Clean and malty with great depth and attenuation. Spicy/herbal hops. Honey-like malt notes. Very well-balanced.

Brewery draught, 6/1/25.
Moderately hazy, bright blonde-maize-golden. Small, white head.
Juicy, soft and very fruity with a slight pine/grapefruit backbone and very prominent, honey-and-white-bread-like malts. Clean and bright.
Soft, juicy, rich and malty with a supple texture and very standard Citra notes of mango juice, orange juice and slight pineapple. Hint of pine, with plentiful honey and white bread-like malt notes. Low but fairly ample bitterness. Fruity finish. Clean and well-executed.

Taster pour on draft at Rising Pint. Clear golden yellow, no sparkle, ring of head, trace lacing. Aroma is wheat. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, lively carbonation, finish as taste. Delivers on wheat but nothing else.

Taster pour tap at Rising Pint. Clear, golden yellow, thin cap of head, good retention, light lacing. Aroma is light citrus & an almost dark fruit quality. Taste is malty, dark fruit/cherry. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste, lingering bitter. Confused and confusing.
