Brown 750ml via Press online. Week in the fridge. Maybe not enough time for it to fully settle.
Lo-ball glass at home. Quick soda head. over a half-hazy pale gold straw pour. Spritzing all over my glasses.
Funky, sour & vinegary floral nose.
Twangy apples, dusty pear, sour pineapple, floral, a tad yeasty. Vinegar & light funk kept in check.
Thin, spirited carb, very acidic burn, medium-low tartness, powdery texture on the finish.
Solid complexity for something made from leftovers.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma is full of barnyard funk, musty apple skins, farmhouse notes, and a wonderful clarity to it all. Flavour is complex, with a wonderfully musty farmhouse funk, crisp apple skins, and dry leather. Complex and impeccably constructed. Wonderful.

The Porter's Blend, really. Cork & cage bottle picked out by Press online during their random 12-pack discount offering. Mojito glass @home. Clear, if dull, classy gold. Stiff, thin head. Sulfite-y dried pineapple & apple nose, orange Flinstone vitamins, grass. Frothy, plastic candy, earthy apples, hyper minerally, fennel, leather, banana, menthol, lime, pretty dry, parched confectionery finish. Good quaf with food, but kinda weird off-flavors while sipping during mass.
