10oz pour @Division while watching funny videos & contemplating how dumb & complacent we've all become. Murky, pale orange gravy pour with a little lace. Lot of Orangina with a little onion on the nose. Orange essence upfront, cotton candy, red onion, heavy sour grapefruit bitterness on the tail. A touch too sour overall. Lingering pith. Frothy carb, just strong enough. Refreshing.

Half pint at the source. Dark, matte pour, lots of head. Hard & sharp pine & char nose. Bitter aspirin beer face. Extra roasty, some chocolate, lingering pith, dry. Very OG. Good.

Tulip at the source. Hazy, dull orange pour with an initially tall head of thin foam. Sour canned peach nose. Taste is tangy peach & lots of vanilla milk, touch of pith on the tail. Floral. Frothy, a bit gunky but good co2. Kinda okay.

10oz cask pour @Division. Dark matte black with a tinge of russet, tall creme head. Loaf of dark bread, mild caramel, slight bitter chocolate, mineral water nose. Mellow, almost like an English bitter. Faint almond & a lingering medium pleasant bittersweetness with a slight toffee finish; Off-dry, frothy & thin. Not what I expected but good-ish.

Half pint at Division. Forgot I've been here before. No guest taco stand this time. Murky, thin coffee pour, moreso dark amber on the bottom. Constant creme up top. Brown sugar, marzipan & brown bread nose. Taste is bittersweet leaning a bit too sweet. Birch, bitter cola, brown bread, medium high acid, clover honey. Lingering bitter aspirin finish saves the day. A little heavier than thin. Relatively clean just under attenuated. Okay to good.

Half pint @Division. Inky black, with a cola tinge, cocoa head. Subtle sweet smoke, burnt cheese & a soot nose. Taste is sooty, sharp malt, slight smoke. Very toasted, unsweet, coconut. Faint licorice & a sharp cigar on the finish. Stiff & smooth, a touch syrupy. Okay. Was told to expect more coconut.

Tulip in the back of Division. Opaque, amber orange pour with some constant lace. Vinious, a idic raspberry, lemon lime, vanilla yogurt. Taste is fruity raspberry twang(that lingers) & earthy honey. Minerally middle Vanilla comes out with the acid & slight cider vinegar on the long finish. Not a lot of bite here. Solid to good.

Tulip @ the source. Dusty, gray, second blueberry piquette color. Natural blueberry skin, blackberry & powdered creamer. Flavors of blueberry juice, berry tannins, calcium, powdered sugar, plus pretty bitter Aspirin with some pith. Bittersweet leaning bitter. Very slight twang. Not terribly boozy. Slightly yeasty, drying finish. An barely sweet milkshake. Kinda great.

Half pint @Division. Clear, light honey gold pour with ample sticky lace. Soft powdered sugar & a few drops of bitters on the nose. Light, sweet & dusty. Bittersweet roasted onion & apple, tweak of pine & cilantro. Lingering one-sided bitter pith & a touch of florals. Crispy finish. Earthy, frothy, just enough body, strong acidity, wanted more bite. Good, but not what I wanted.

Pint @Division in Arlington. Dark brown, slightly opaque, incredibly frothy & sticky oatmeal head. Nose is charry toast & honey with a bit of ash. Bock-ish. Taste is caramelized brown bread, brown sugar, bitter burnt flour & a bitter veggie n soap aftertaste. Heavy for what it is. Should've went with a half pour.
