375ml bottle from 604. Goblet @home. Slightly hazed, purple on amber color, just a pinch of bubbles. Smell is red wine, very ripe bittersweet blueberries, wax, anise & a faint warm woodsiness that is the cocoa the label told me was there. Taste is predominately tart & blueberries, juicy, residual floral honey, tea, & a decent amount of wax. If there is cocoa here, it comes as a bittersharp lingering earthy note at the end. Nicely bittersweet. Somewhat sharp. Texture is runny, full of propolis & crayon-y going down. I can't tell if the very very slight carbonation is intentional or not, but I like it. Feel ever bit of the 12% abv. Good flavor.
