Description
This isn’t just cider. This is a farm to bottle experience of organically grown apples hand-picked at peak ripeness. Where honeybees dance and gatherings are queen. Where days are spent outdoors, dirtying hands, laughing, swapping stories, and staying for supper. Because community is more than who you know, what we drink matters, and every glass feels like coming home.

Bottle via Press online. All listings say 6% but this one says 6.8%. Clear Solo cup. 4+ weeks, post hurricane without potable water. Filtered, pale gold pils, lingering scummy froth. Soft tropical quice nose: papaya, clay, green strawberry, kiwi, powdered sugar. Bittersharp apples, oak, oily honeysuckle, papaya & pickled red onion, sour pineapple, maybe a little too sweet. Lingering Winesap oakiness. Acidy burps. Little funk compared to other quince blends. Oily, acidy, high acid medium low tartness, medium low co2, a bit of belly burn. Kinda nice.

Clear solo cup, post hurricane. Bottle by Press. Just gathered enough rain water so I can poop comfortably. Clear, medium gold, billowing white head, quick to fade, a little active. Veggy, boozy, light farm funk, macerated floral, some bubblegum on the nose. Acidic, dry, steel, perceived floral sweetness. Gum, very oaky apple skin, bittersweet to bittersharp follow through. Crispy, good salinity, acidic but not tart, a bit too thin & spent. Pretty solid.

Clear 750ml via Press Online. Too cold to sit on the porch but we have heat back. Still drinking in clear Solo cups because our water is shit. Filtered, cranberry iced-tea color. Buttery, sweet red wine, macerated sweet apple nose. Low-mid acid, very low tart, syrupy, oily, dark berry, apple sauce, red table grapes, slight pomegranate brightness on the tail. Strong fizzy, slightly stiff & vodka-ish despite how low the abv is. This is pretty flabby & not worth the price.
