Slightly hazy, plum-colored pour at the source. Yeasty, floral, rounded sweet, non-descript berry nose. Semi-sweet, slight tartness, faint blueberry skin, dessert apples & sloppy hot fermentation. Just enough carb & acid to wash it down. Okay(or not).

Another hyped up tap at the source while killing a late afternoon. Pale yellow Gatorade hazy, slight lace. Flat ginger ale nose, slightly sweet. Mellow, sort of gingery upfront, medium fruit pith, generic apple sweetness, black pepper, yeasty, soda gas finish. Still barely cider. Decent. Better than expected.

This one was hyped up by the bartender. Hazy, dull mud water. Heavy vanilla & bubble gum nose. Curious. Vanilla, chocolate Tootsie Roll, caramel apple, soda water. Low co2, textured, no burn. Gimmick over base cider. Interesting. Can't have much.

Hazy, starting to settle, pale gold, kinda active. Strong floral sweet lavender & mellow mushy apple sweet nose. Taste is bittersweet, bittergreen, soft honey & floral lavender that might overdo it for some. Better than its base. Okay-ish.

Part of my first flight at the source. Hazy, juicy, honey orange pour. Muted sweet & fresh apple nose. No hops yet. Grainy sweetness, juicy mellow apple, bittersharp leaning sweet. Faint fennel hoppiness, light lingering astringency. Lacks acidity. A little disappointed.

Early on in my flight at the source. Excuse the brevity. Hazy, pale gold pour. Sweet n soapy, mellow apple nose. Estery, clove-y, sweet dessert apple. Dusty, off-dry, slight herbal bite. Okay-ish.
