This is in a cute 1gal cask on the bar. Clear, metallic, still, default short pour at the source. Strong Meyer lemon & apple mush sweet nose. Sharp, strong lemon oil, oaky thin apple, slick, malic candy sweetness. Strong fortified sipper but nothing special.

Still in search of dry land. Clear! Shiny, peach amber, slight lace. Sharp, bitter veg, lots of apple skin, hard fusels. Tart, dry, sharp apples, very green strawberry flavor, really hot for just 8% Sloppy but I liked this. Might be the best thing here if they age it a little.

Going with the pricier side of the menu in hopes of finding dry land. Clear, perfectly amber pour with a spot of lace. Veggie, grassy, bittersharp nose. Tart, floral, green strawberry, middling astringent apple, kinda tannic, light lemon, good veggie bitterness. We almost got there. A better effort.

Bonus round after my flights. This was a sub for the popular lemon tap. Hazy, pale orange gold, lacy pour. Inviting orange citrus, Orangina, pulpy nose. Yeasty, creamy, mellow orange sweetness, bittersharp apple pulp, some veggie mint. Kinda liked it.

Hazy, pale gold pour. Missing that inviting & expected color. Floral sweet raspberry juice nose, missing apples. Tart, thin, obvious acidic & floral raspberry over a mush of meh dessert apples. Hit & miss blend of average fruit.

I usually gag at coffee ciders but I needed some caffeine before my food arrived. Hazy, honey gold pour with a twinge of lace. Mellow brew laced with Baker's chocolate & low volatile dessert apple sweetness. Mellow, cookie dough & middle apple, low acid, slight bite of sharpness. No espresso craziness. Mild & kinda nice.

Still here. Thinking about other places I could have visited, oh well. Hazy, pale strawberry plum sort of color. Caramelized maraschino cherries & some grape on the nose. Sweet & a little confectionery, sickening floral, maybe a bit maple-y, mushy dessert apples. No clue what they're doing here. Spritzy, a little hot. Candy crap cider.

A little palette fatigue here but continuing. Hazy, medium pissy gold pour. Floral, peppery, lovely chai nose. Creamy yeast, slight tartness, peppery spices with a little cardamom that works well with the boring generic dessert apple profile. Tasty enough.

They serve a few imperial abv ciders that aren't the usual base plus adjunct recipe. Clear, vibrant, dark cherry, spotty lace. Fuel, plastic, malt liquor, generic grape juice box nose. Tart, generic tart apple-grape juice box, slight syrup, disappointing. Hot grape drank.

Hazy pomegranate, mostly still pour. Veggie hibiscus & apple juice box sort of nose. Veggie-pomegranate-grape, semi sweet with mellow tartness & good acidity, lingering grape. Okay as a cocktail.
