Can. Pours clear pink, small fizzy pinkish white head, some lacing. Aroma is raspberry, mineral water, floral notes. Flavor is very lightly tart, nice fruit and floral notes. Lightish body, spritzy carbonation. Decent.

Can. Pale straw beer with a whitish head. Yeast and light spice aroma. Whet and yeast flavor with spice and light bubblegum. Medium bodied. Wheat and yeast linger with spice and bubblegum.

From can to hefe glass. Pours nearly crystal clear, with solid white head that retains throughout. The appearance is a bit odd for a hefe. Overt banana and clove on both flavor and aroma. A Bit astringent. Taste lingers long. Really nice hefe other than is doesn’t look like one.

From can to pint glass. Pours clear and straw-yellow with small off-white head that fades to a light cap and collar of small and medium bubbles. Slight patterns down the glass. Spicy esters on the aroma with a faint funk in the back. Flavor is spicy, with the back half being overtaken with spice - it is really prominent with the dry finish. The sweetness and complexities of the style are missing and its a bit over the top to style, but also an interesting beer. A little less spice would make this a really nice refresher.
