On tap at the source. It pours a lightly hazed pale yellow color with no head. The aroma has lemon and melon. Lactic and sweet on the nose. The flavor is lemony and fizzy. Sweet and grainy. Seems a bit under attenuated, but mostly clean, tart and refreshing. Ok. Needs to be crisper on the palate and a little more tart.

On tap at the source. It pours a dark brown color with a tan head. The aroma has cola and chocolate. The flavor is mild with cocoa, toast and cola. It has a decent creamy mouth feel. Not bad. Could’ve been a bit more flavorful.

On tap at the source. It pours a pale golden color with a white head. The aroma is honey and caramel forward with some grains and hints of summer fruit. Where are the hops? The flavor is fruity with light grains and caramel malt. Sweet and simple. Nothing wrong with it, but a major disappointment for someone expecting a hop forward beer.

Tap. Pours hazy yellow, large creamy white head, great lacing. Aroma of tea, bathroom, Belgian spice. Flavor is really loaded with tea, some grass, floral notes, hints of honey. Light sweet and light bitter. Medium body. Not digging the tea.

Keg at the brewpub, 02/02/16. Clear golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange squash, citric tinged straw, toasted malt, tangerine. Taste comprises light pine, mandarin, toasted malt, light bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, juicy hop trickle in the close. Basic IPA.

Keg at the brewpub, 02/02/16. Cear golden with a decent off white head. Nose is sweet malt, citric peel, ornage pith, leafy hops. Taste comprises orange pith, earthy hop, straw, tangerine, airy malts, light bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok if uninspiring ... one of their better offerings.

Keg at the brewpub, 02/02/16. Rich copper with a light beige covering. Nose is stewed fruit, phenols, toffee, booze strains. Taste comprises overly ripe fruit, orange peel, toffee, earthy, harsh. Medium + body, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Wanted to like this cos of the doge link but have to say it was pretty ruff .... ruff ruff ruff !

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours clear, deep brown with a creamy, tan head. The nose holds faint roasted malts, light tangy fruits, leather. Light sweet flavour with some leathery fruits, bitter coffee, earth. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Strongly bitter on the finish, with more earth, coffee and tangy fruits. Not very cohesive, or pleasant.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow with a creamy, white head. Smells OK, with notes of floral hops, lemon peel, perfume. Light sweet flavour with some pine needles, minerals, hay, lemon rind. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, with more rind and pine. So so overall.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The aroma holds notes of damp grains and aged citrus fruits. Light to medium sweet flavour, somewhat alcoholic, with some oily pine, old crackers, bread, grass. Light bodied with average carbonation. Harsh finish, with some grass, faded pine, orange rind. Ho hum.
