On tap at Beer Revolution. Aroma has a nice, light maltiness with quite a bit of pale cracker notes. Light fruitiness. Moderate floral and herbal hop notes. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow gold with a small, thick white head with great retention as the thin film lingers. Flavor has a light sweetness with medium light cracker malt notes. Medium light bitterness and hints of pear and stone fruit esters. Moderate hop character, very herbal and floral with a nice spiciness. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with a moderate, creamy carbonation. Overall, an easy drinking uniquely hopped beer. Hop character works well with all the cracker malt and light esters.
