Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 20A). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 17-014 (BBF 11/2018). AROMA: medium-low roasted malt notes (chocolate), followed by low hay and yeast. medium mettalic note. APPERANCE: very dark brown with ruby highlights. clear. medium light brown head with no retention. TASTE: medium malt flavor with a cocoa note, followed from nutiness of the same intensity. medium to medium-low bitterness with a slightly dry and slightly roasted finish. PALATE: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a porter that resembles an oatmeal stout, with foam and recipe formulation issues.
