Draught at the CASK Pub & Kitchen on 4th June 2010. Hazy orange with thin, part lacing off white head. Strong fruitiness - peach and grapefruit - together with a strong grassy hoppiness. Bittersweet blend in the finish, smooth and slightly oily mouthfeel. Quite an experience, and I liked it!

I was very surprised by this one. Pours a nice cloudy gold with fluffy head. Nose is very floral citrus. Taste is fruits, banana, lemongrass and lightly spiced malt. Rated 6/7/02

Pretty strong for a "mild stout". Biting aftertaste reminds me of a sour milk stout. Definitely notice some brown sugar and earthy tones in this one. Rated 9/20/08

Bottled at Monk’s Café Sveavägen, Stockholm. Almost clear pale amber, creamy head. Rich hop aroma of peach and lychee.Sweet and fruity, medium-full bodied with well rounded soli malt. Piney and somewhat yeasty with plenty of grapefruit. Long but not assaulting bitterness. Getting a bit sticky as it goes.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Hoppy, malty nose with orange peel, grapefruit, pine needles and caramel. Fruity, hoppy, perfumy taste with notes of citrus, orange peel, caramel and piney, resiny hops in the finish. More than medium body with a solid malt foundation. Some sweetness and a certain alcohol bite. Impressive hop presence. Nice and tasty.

Draught ZBF: Poured a copper light amber with a off white color head. Aroma is nice simcoe hops and fruit. Taste is a hoppy fruit very appealing to the tongue. The hops, fruit, and high alcohol % work well and made this a surprising addition to a short list of excellent Belgian IPAs. I voted this beer of the festival.

Had this at Zythos Beer Festival Sat 6th March 2010, thanks to the Danes for pointing me in the direction of this as it was probably my best of the day Pours warm gold, some haze, large white billowing head. Wonderful hoppy aroma, fruity but also with some spice. Taste is excellent, really good hoppy bite, Simcoe is showing and its crisp but got plenty going for it, good fruitiness, really juicy, excellent beer. A8 A4 F8 P4 Ov16
