75cl bottle from local Spar in Brantome, shared with Soph by the river. Characterful sweet apple fruit.. fair carbonation.. stewed apple pie, not too much caramelisation.. pleasant doux overall.

75cl bottle shared with Soph at our eco cabin in Sorges, Dordogne. Pours a clear gold, good effervescence. Pleasing brut, a little dry, gentle medium sweet fruit with some bitter core coming through. Can tell that it lacks the depth and character of cider apples, but pleasant overall.

75cl bottle from Carrefour Sarlat, shared with Soph in the old town on a really hot afternoon. Drunk from the bottle. Pleasant high carb Doux.. nice fruity flourishes whilst remaining quite straightforward. Not bad.
