Lemon/apple, barley malt, and grass/hay aroma. Golden yellow with nice white head and moderate efffervescence. Moderately sweet lemon, creamy barley malt, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Good body.

Tasting @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma beige leggera. Al naso note di menta piperita, cioccolato, leggero caffè. In bocca è ben equilibrata, ma la menta piperita già dai primi sorsi risulta stucchevole. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Ben fatta in fin dei conti, ma è una birra di cui non si sentiva la necessità.
