Description
We are a brewery and taproom located in downtown Cambridge. Our focus is on aroma-packed and flavor-driven beers, with an emphasis on New England IPAs, barrel-aged sours, and special seasonals. We brew a variety of one-off batches that allow us to pursue our various whims, and we don’t shy away from funk, twists on tradition, and unique ingredients.

Hazy. Light beige, earthy, fruity, a weird muddled note, sweet, phenolic. Not much brett.

Had this at the brewery. Cloudy, amber, no head. Sweeter, vaguely fruity, tart, not super complex.

Flat, amber...no head at all. Tart, light cherry but mostly tart. It's ok. Fairly clean though not super complex.

Hazy and quite pale, has a bit of yeasty funk..not the good kind, more the yoghurty kind. Touch of salt.

Can. Bit murky, foamed up way too much. Soft, bit sweet, lightly fruity but messy malts.

Canned 7/5/17, drunk 7/18/17.
Glowing, hazy copper, no head.
Passion fruit is clear and authentic, in the nose, with light caramel on the edges. Low lactic character, definitely not a messy/sharp kettle sour. Very fruity and yet it's well-integrated with the malt.
Round and soft in the mouth with ample, fairly engaging carbonation and a malty texture. Tons of passion fruit adding earthiness, deep fruit notes and light tartness. Malt could be lightened a little here, but it's clean and the acidity is quite low. No alcohol or flaw.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours murky egg white yellow with a solid white head. Aroma is tropical fruit and dank piney hops. Taste is a watermelon and mango tropical juice bomb with the bitter spicy hops kicking into the finish. Of the beers I've tried from this brewer this is the best. Great stuff.
