Description
Jean-Fa started brewing in Bouleternère with his "clandestine" brewery in his dorm room in 2009. In 2013 he was able to move to a small garage of 400m2 in Bouleternère business in Bouleternère. At that time, he was producing 5,000 bottles.
In 2019 the brewery moved again this time to the neighbouring village of Marquixanes. Nowadays the Alzina Brewery produces more than 100,000 bottles of craft beers.

Pours slightly unclear blonde, medium white head, low-average stability. Smell is malty, bread, but not crisp. rather creamy . Mild esters and phenols. Taste is malty, bready ( but not crisp ) , phenolic ( but not overly much, just a pleasant amount fo spicyness ) as well as a mild spicyness from the hops. Light bitterness that doesn't last. High carbonation. i'd say too high myself, but it does work in this kind of beer. OK. nothing to special, but nothing bad either.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of malt, wheat, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, malt, and spices, leading to a dry finish.
