(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 02/16 at Katarina Ölkafé, 20160323) The beer poured dark brown and almost clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, chocolate and sweet rye bread. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were chocolate, toasted malts, ash, gras and bitterness. Aftertaste had chocolate, burntness and bitterness. An unbalanced brew. The chocolate-like components pushed through too heavily.

Bottled at Babajan, Stockholm. Cloudy ruby, mid sized head. Lemony yeasty nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lemony yeast dominate, some yoghurt. Is the lemon intended? Seems amateuristic.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 25 Sep 2015) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of dried fruit, tropical fruit and slightly earthy hops. Malty taste with dried fruit, apricots, a touch of smoke, a slightly earthy mushroom yeast character (from sake yeast) and a gentle spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Different and quite interesting. Fermented with sake yeast and partially frozen. Quite nice.
