Description
Spontaneously fermented microciders from the island of Fur
At Langstedgård we make modern Danish cider (sparkling fruit wine, if you will) from apples, pears, quinces, plums and grapes - with as little intervention as possible.
It's dry, with a bit of the residual sweetness. Clean in expression, beautifully sparkling in the glass and refreshing in an almost healing way.
Bubbling juices on the forces of nature.
With pressure, playfulness and wildness

375ml bottle from Ciderevolution, Copenhagen. For #rgpm. Opened with a pop. Hazy pale yellow gold colour, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of pear, sourish, funk. Taste is tartish, peary, some lemon rind, and slightly acetic funky with drying citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
