On tap at Barrel Theory, pours jet black with a tiny brown head. Aroma has sugary cinnamon cereal, granola, and gentle bourbon barrels, with plenty of dark sugars. Flavour is rich, with a ton of cinnamon upfront, followed by dark sugars, and bourbon barrels. The cinnamon is a bit too aggressive for my taste, which almost comes across a bit spicy. It's a good for sure, but doesn't really work for me.

On tap at Barrel Theory, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has tons of banana, a little cocoa, and big bourbon barrels in good cohesion. Flavour is full of rich chocolate-covered banana, huge bourbon barrels, and a touch of vanilla. The banana gives just a touch of acidic/wild character, which is actually helps to cut some of the sweetness. The barrels show a remarkable presence to reign everything in. Excellent.

On tap at Barrel Theory, pours black with almost no head. Nose is full of rich bourbon barrels, light smokiness, plenty of coconut, and roasted peanuts. Flavour is very rich and complex, with intense coconut, roasted peanuts, and massive, complex bourbon barrel presence. Wonderful cohesion, despite the high sweetness. Delicious BA pastry.

On tap at Barrel Theory, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of allium, some chalky nonsense, maybe a touch of tangy hops, but the allium from the Citra is dominating. Flavour is full of allium -- ugh, too much oniony hops, some tangy citrus, and almost a hint of sourness coming from that hop expression. I get zero Nelson, just a lot of allium. Not too chalky or sludgy, but that Citra can get fucked.

On tap at Barrel Theory, pours like mango orange juice, no head. Aroma has plenty of mango and passionfruit puree, with a touch of guava. Flavour is like tart fruit puree juice, with lots of passionfruit and guava upfront, followed by plenty of mango juice, and some tart citrus on the finish. Tasty enough sour fruit puree, but not recognizable as a Berliner.

On tap at Barrel Theory, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has piney hops, a touch of melon, some spiciness, and a hint of allium. Flavour is quite bitter, with plenty of bitingly bitter piney hops, some pine cones, and crisp biscuity malt. Very dry, very biting, and bitter. A bit sharp and lacking hop vibrance, with the bitterness outdoing the hop expression a bit (something I don't usually complain about). Good, but a bit harsh.
