On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of onion with grass and a bit of sweet grains. Flavor is full of onion that becomes dry and has some sweet grains supporting.

Minnesota Beer Trip #207. Keg at the brewery, 5/13/16. Near black, thin fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of citrus hops and roasted malts. The taste is citrus, herbal, lemony hops, chocolate malt. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.
