BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Pale yellow gold colour, no lasting head and aroma of perry pear, fleshy. Taste is fruity, peary, perry, flowery, citric, with some.e sweetness, acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Golden bronzy colour, no head and aroma of fruit, perry pear, funk. Taste is mellow, sweetish, perry pear, woody, acetic funk hints with some citric tartness and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet & drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazed orangey golden colour, white bubbly head that dissipates and aroma of vanilla, wood barrel, oak. Taste is sweet fruity, apple, woody, oaky, barrel notes, formic & lactic hints, orange, vanilla, spicy, with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
