BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! For #rgpm. Pale yellow colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of perry pear, floral, citric. Taste is tart, tropical, perry peary, citrus, woody, with acidity and tannin. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry peary acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Golden bronzy colour, no head and aroma of fruit, perry pear, funk. Taste is mellow, sweetish, perry pear, woody, acetic funk hints with some citric tartness and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet & drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable
