Cask at Goose, Wolverhampton (not listed on Brewver). Pours golden yellow with a medium sized foamy off-white head and good lacing. Malts are the mainstay of the aroma plus hints of grains and citrus. In the mouth it is quite bitter but with some underlying sweetness. Flavours are a mix of malts, floral hops, citrus and tropical fruit with hints of grapefruit and pineapple coming later. Meanwhile the bitterness increases ot become quite dominant in the finish. This is reasonable.

8/1/2026. Can bought at The Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Pours fine. Has an odd chalky, grainy, sherbet aroma. Taste is similar, with a slightly tart edge. Not great.

No idea how I ended up with this! Bright clear amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head, doesn't last. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, a touch of cereal, sugar puffs I think. Light pine. Sweet estery fruits, ripe and somewhat artificial. Light dry finish. Annoying on almost every level and not at all bitter FFS.

24/10/2025. Bottle at The Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Flowery, malty, twiggy, chalky aroma. Quite basic stuff but inoffensive and for a good cause.

24/10/2025. Tap at The Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Very hazy pour. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. A little sweet. Actually quite nice and better than expected from a traditional does craft tap.

500ml bottle from Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, sulphur note. Taste is sweetish, appley, some core, sulphury hint with acidity & tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying light tart & tannic finish. Quite drinkable
