Can from Colonial Spirits. Slightly hazy deep yellow color with a thin bubbly white head that slowly dissipates. Earthy lemony buttery about sums this one up. Pretty disappointing first beer from this brewery for me.

Can thanks to Brandon. Pours a very dark brown with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is chocolate, roast, wood. Medium body, milk chocolate, cinnamon, roast, nice bitterness, enjoyed this.

Heavily hazy, near-soup with a brassy-golden, lime-tinted body and medium-sized white head showing moderate retention.
Juicy and full of complex tropical and citrus fruits with an overarching ruby red grapefruit that mixes with the base malt to provide a strongly juicy character. Clean and quite estery with maybe a hint of alcohol.
Juicy, soft, very wheat-heavy and with a good deal of citrus bitterness that is joined by sourdough and light pine resin on the end. Engaging carbonation and good attenuation with an endearing juiciness, but it’s very messy with lots of doughy notes, some perfumey esters and a good deal of bitterness.

Pours mahogany tinged deep brown into an English pint. Creamy tan head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Sweet chocolate, vanilla and espresso aromas. Medium bodied with milk chocolate and espresso upfront turning dry in the medium length slightly charred finish. Nice.

[2/2/17] Draught at Pre-EBF Throwdown at Eataly in Boston. Black with a big light brown head. Aroma of roast, coffee, some dark chocolate. Bittersweetish flavor, a bit sourish, with roast, lots of coffee, and a bitter finish. Rather full-bodied, a bit of alcohol.

Lightly hazy, pale blonde body topped by a small white head of moderate to low retention.
Very straightforward, somewhat uninspired kettle sour nose shows big lactic acid notes and lots of it. Dominant, despite the Galaxy character being present and enjoyable, adding lots of pineapple, light mango and dank spicy character. Clean, no alcohol.
Like a glass of lactic acid with Galaxy hops. Dry, sour, spicy, juicy and crisp. Clean, drinkable. Yes, it’s a kettle sour.

Interesting and certainly authentic yeast profile, it seems, adds lots of mineral, sweat and light yellow fruit character. Some bread dough and lots of pepper lie on the finish, which is clean and free of alcohol or high alpha hop. Maybe a pinch of lemon, but lots of base malt character, with biscuit, hay and crusty bread being prominent.
Very light, to-style, in body, with moderate carbonation and a good attenuation. A touch too much pepper, grass and floral character, with some acidity or tannin from the malts scratching at the palate, on the finish. Solid flavors, though, with hay, light honey and bread complementing the fruitiness from the yeast. Crisp on the finish, and clean.
