12oz can pours a hazy pale gold with zero head. No legs. Nose is very bright when the can pops, almost a tropical fruit/juicy fruit note, which fades into a more classic Basque sidra profile, green apples, crab apples, a little cheese. Flavor is slick, tart and fruity, a little lemony acid, green apples, crab apples, a little green grape. Tart and dry, a little acid on the finish too. Well done.

12oz can from Craft Beer Cellar H Street pours a cloudy but bright yellow with no head. Nose has passionfruit, some funky apple, heavy lime, some green grass. Flavor has a little BO/dankness, grassy, straw, green apples, apple cores, lime, passionfruit. Dry, zippy and tart on the finish. Quite nice.

[2/7/17] Draught at Fools Gold in New York City. Nice deep red. Apples, hibiscus, spiciness, tart, somewhat funky, juicy, a bit of salt. Nice.

Tap at the Jeffrey during snow day fun day. Pale pear juice looking creature. Nose is tart and acidic apples. Tastes of nice wild crab apples, tart and yeasty, lemony citrus some lime, barrel presence, some barnyard funk, and pears. Tart palate drying finish. Pretty good

Draft at Cooper's, Chelsea. Clear dark pinkish color with no head or lace. Tart and funky. Lavender and spice. A bit of grapefruit rind. Apple skins. Smooth, with a tart close. Nice stuff.

Super bright reddish pink pour. Nose is lovely hibiscus and fruity. Tees of hibiscus, some berry, tart green Apple, salty and Gose like. Goes down lovely. Pretty darn good

Not usually the type to use a cider for a milestone rate, bit I'm really enjoying these Graft Ciders, so I went for it. This is another nice one Kyle!
Pours straight up grape juice purple, no head or lace. Tart aroma with some currant, vinous notes, and some cider. Funk, salinity, and more currant. Quite tasty. Not at all sweet, with a good funkiness, and plenty of tartness. Mouthfeel is along the same lines, tart and funky. Lots going on here, but overall, it is damn good. Good shit. Heck of a good milestone rate!

Draft at N4, Whole Foods Williamsburg. Pale yellow, unclear. Funk and wood, some apple, a bit of citrus. Earth and grass. Rather dry and funky flavor. Really good. Another tasty tart and dry cider from Graft.
