Tip Tap draught, 7/30/23. Heavily hazy, beeswax-to-lemon-brass. Thick, small, white head, moderate retention. Nose is a bit tropical, very fruity with some stone fruit, spicy hop and rustic grains. Clean yeast with light minerality. Sparse cracker from the malt. No resin. Soft, highly, highly attenuated and a bit overly dry, honestly. Soft, oat and wheat-like body contributes good texture but not quite enough comforting maltiness. That said, the bitterness is quite low, though appropriate and there's no pine or resin. Yellow/tropical fruits with some decent herbs and spices.

Pours a hazy yellow orange from a can. Weirdly floral, herbal and honey notes in the nose and mouth. Menthol like cooling. Meh.

Can at home watching Celtics meltdown. Clear yellow gold with plenty of bubbles and smallish white head. Nose is noble hops (not sure what hops are here in reality) grass and lemon. Tastes of malt, citrus yeast, light pine and florals. Lighter bodied.

Tip Tap draught, 3/11/23. Clear, dark amber, small, beige head, moderate-to-low retention. Good smoke character, dry and woody with light salt and bacon. Light caramel and mineral. Clean. Soft, malty, strong pepper character, maybe a touch harsh at first. Sweet on the finish. Salt, heavy pepper, dry wood and sweet caramel. Maybe doesn't come together super cohesively. A bit of soap or light astringency in the finish too.

500mL bottled May 2021, drunk 11/28/22. Golden-brass, clear, white head is small, sits at cover. Beautiful mix of moderate, well-aged, mildly tart brett and tons of fruity, Sacch. Some interesting white wine/grape in there, as well, with supportive white bread dough and honey-like malts. Soft, a bit watery, with tons of Brett character, white wine and light cracker/biscuit. Not a whole lot to it, honestly. The Brett is well-developed, but the grist is so lackluster. Seems the Brett has eaten through everything and it's rather watery/thin. But is clean, not twangy, with no flaw or alcohol.
