Description

Athenian Brewery SA is one of the leading companies producing and marketing beer in Greece. Founded in 1963 by a group of Greek entrepreneurs and a member of the Group Heineken NV Works based in Athens. The first factory was Athenian Brewery in Athens in 1965 and produced beer Amstel. In 1975 was inaugurated the second factory in Thessaloniki and in 1985 purchased the third , in the industrial area Patras .

Bottle at a beach cafe in Kos, Greece. Wheat aplenty with spicy yeast, clove, banana. Moderate sweet with low bitterness. Okay Weizen.

Bottle from a supermarket in Kos, Greece. As Milokleftis Bloody Cherry. Bit artificial sweet cherry with a hint of tartness. Notes of cassis. Not terrible.

Bottle from a supermarket in Kos, Greece. As Milokleftis Forbidden Apple. A bit tart and sweet apple with apple juice. Finishes with moderate sugary sweetness and some tartness. Not a bad Cider.
