Draught @ the barrel room. Hazy bright yellow with small off-white head, mango-pineapple aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter mango-pineapple-citrus taste, smooth body, long finish. Mellow and easy to drink despite the alcohol content.

Draught @ the barrel room. Cloudy golden yellow with very small frothy whitish head, acidic aroma, medium carbonation, medium sour rye taste with grains, bit of honey flavor, smooth body, long medium sour finish. Very smooth and easy to drink.

Draught @ the barrel room. Clear very pale yellow with foamy whitish head, faint grassy aroma, adequate carbonation, faintly astringent bitter malt taste, thin body, long dry finish. A bit bitter, but fine in general.

Draught @ the barrel room. Opaque dark brown with beige creamy head, coffee-roasted malt aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter lightly smoky coffee-roasted malt taste, smooth thin body, long medium bitter finish. Good brew, not heavily smoky.

Bottled 375ml (from brewery, vintage 2018) Dark brown colour, small brownish head. Strong peaty nose. Medium-bodied. Peaty, woody, Islay whisky, warming alcohol. Dry finish. Simple.

Draught at the barrel room: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is moderate dark fruitiness... hard to say fig distinctly. Taste is way more fig oriented. It is still subtle but distinct. Moderate sweetness. Pretty good.
