Bottled 330ml (Smaakhuis)
Pale amber colour, small white head. Is it triple sec? For me it smells like green apple/white wine plus alcohol. Light-bodied. Fruity Belgian yeastyness, alcohol, green apple in the flavour. Quite simple and quite thin for its ABV.

Bottled 330ml (Smaakhuis) Dark amber colour, small off-white head. Light aroma has honey, fruits and alcohol. Medium-bodied. Flavour is like watered down quadrupel (raisins, dates) with honey and whiskey aroma (whiskey is more like a tiny punch of alcohol and vanilla). Not much aftertaste. Not very successful infusion here.

Opaque colour, small beige head. Roasted, licorice, a bit peated aroma. Medium-bodied. Roasted, even bitter, licorice, alcohol and some peat in the flavour. A bit rough but quite ok.
