--Bottled at AndySnow tasting. -- Clear golden, small head. Tart, bready nose with raw funky malt. Mid sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sourdough, and mild spicy tartness. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle at home, golden beer, small head. Aroma is yeast, floral, fruit, hint of citrus. Taste is the same, yeast, citrus, floral, fruit, some wheat. nice one.

Säuerlicher, holzig-malziger Beginn. Dass hier mit Eichen-Chips gearbeitet wurde schmeckt man sofort am intensiven süßlichen Holzaroma, das aber oberflächlich erscheint. Etwas Vanille, das Malz ist zum Ende erschreckend schwach. Muss nicht sein. 9/6/8/8/9/7
