Tap @ Boston/NY 2009. Dark color, short head. Smooth, roasted, oatmeal? Bit sweet, chocolat, hint of coffee. Again a bit dryish. Good stout.

Tap @ Boston/NY 2009. Soft fruity nose, grapefruit, citrussy. Soft balanced taste, very nice bitter. Slight dry finish. Brewer kept on pouring this stuff and its exceptionally drinkable, showing he sure knows how to brew a nice beer.

Tap @ Boston/NY 2009. Slight fruity note, raspberry, wheat. Dryish. Slight sourish and not very sweet, which is a good thing. But im not a big fan of dominant raspberry.

Location: On tap at the Brewery, 2/20/10
Aroma: Sweet nose, candied sugar, artificial cherries
Appearance: Hazy orange-reddish color
Flavor: Quite sweet, tastes like cherry candy and wheat
Palate: Light-medium body, clean and smooth enough
Overall Impression: Overall an alright beer. Tastes like a decent wheat beer mixed with some cherry candy. Not bad, but quite sweet.

Overall Impression: This is a pretty standard example of the style. Toasted malts, caramel, toffee, peat, bread, and sugar notes are all present. Pretty solid stuff, not overwhelmingly good, but enjoyable and drinkable.

On tap @ the brewery early 2007 (beer was advertised as 8% abv). Blond, hazy color. Aroma is wheat, fruit, alcohol. Very fruity flavor. Lots of carbonation. Slightly bitterish finish. Reminded me a bit of the old Hoegaarden Grand Cru without the spices.
