ABV: 5.0%. Light unclear light to medium orange colour with a small to no head. Aroma is wheat, oat, fruit, wood, dough, barnyard - goaty. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average to long duration, tart, sour, wet wood, goaty, fruit, wheat - oat, (Charlotte says Greenhouse at the end of the season, floral - vegatal. IMO: not outstanding. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200208]

Pours hazy yellow into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Lemon, meadow and funk aromas. Sweet and sour hay upfront turning to quite tart lemon peel and pith in the pucker-inducing finish.

ABV: 5.0%. Hazy light yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is saison yeast, floral, peppery. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, pepperty, hot peppery, floral, celery, sour. No really me kind of beer. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200208]

ABV: 7.8%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, open and frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is caramel, wood, candy - honey, wheat - buckwheat, sweet malt - light chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, candy - honey, wheat - buckwheat, caramel - sweet malt, yeast, wood, odd sour - tart. Not really my kind of beer ! On tap at the brewery. Pours pale gold. Pepper, funk, lemon, capsicum, little spice. Medium body. Great pepper flavour with very well balanced heat. An excellent example of a pepper beer.
