Draught @ Ginger Man - NYC. Clear light golden with very small frothy white head, acidic yeasty aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter yeasty sour taste, bit of corky flavor, thin body, long sour finish. Not a great brew.

Draught @ City Hops (5/17/19). Hazy dark yellow with foamy light beige head, sharp mint-sage aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter lemon, mint, sage, lavender taste, thin body, long finish. Very interesting brew; I had never thought of beer with sage.

Can, from Milk & Hops - Chelsea. Pours murky dark brown with very small frothy beige head that disappears fast, mocha-molasses aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter rich chocolate-coffee-molasses taste, sweetness seeping in gradually, full body, long sticky sweet finish. A bit too sweet.

Draught @ Ginger Man. Cloudy dark yellow with small frothy whitish head, very faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium sour citrus taste with faint pineapple flavor, thin body, long medium sour finish. Quite well balanced for a sour IPA.

Draught at One Mile House: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is floral and coriander. Taste is quite spicy, somewhat sweet. Low hoppiness. Generally ok.

16 ounce can. Pale gold pour. Large dense white head. Clinging lace. Grainy malt nose hints at lemon peel. Bready malt base. Minerally notes. More lemon and spice in middle. Crisp dry finish.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy yellow color with a large creamy white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was very strong coriander, a bit of mustiness and a touch of windex. The flavor was very strong coriander, mustiness, grain, yeast and windex. The coriander overwhelms. Long finish. Medium body.
