A golden cider with aroma of sweet apple pie and light mineral notes, light maple, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple pie, caramel, very nice. Bottle, about 9 years old.

12 ounce can from Niemuth's, 8/25/19. Slightly hazy yellow, thin fizzy hear, poor retention. Aroma of dry pear, pear skins. Taste is super-dry pear, some hay-like notes. Thin. Spritzy carb. Decent.

This cider is light colored and easy on the nose. The mouthfeel is effervescent and light with a clean palate. It is a nice cider on a summer day. Not too sweet and very refreshing.
