375ML. Another bottle acquired in a trade. Mead is very light straw yellow. The aroma lends to what is a very simple and straight-forward mead. Honey, bits of cherry and orange and coconut. Already a bit of oxidation setting in here. orange peel, vanilla, ginger root, oranges, even some banana. very good stuff. solid, actually a bit of burn from the booze left over at the end.

3750ml bottle at share. Dark violet body, flat pour. aroma is fresh berries, currants, and honey. Taste is more of the same, blended nicely, with a small amount of tartness.

Bottle received in trade. Deep purple, almost black, pour. Thick berry nose with streaks of vanilla, bubblegum & honey. Light minerality. Sweet, sour & heavy fruity. Round, heavy tart, tiny dry, very tiny sparkling & tiny boozy mouthfeel. Bottle in hotel room NYC... Deep red.. Thin pink lacing... all I smell on opening is red wine.. soft herbal honey nose... Soft sweet berry fruit.. dark berries.. Rich sweet berries.. Light alcohol.. and again some red wine tanins..

500ml bottle pours out red amber color. Nose is black currant cherries big fruit some sweet maple and honey. Taste is more of the nice fruit combo barrel and plenty sweetness.

375ml bottle pours out a crisp clear pink red color. Nose is nice jammy fruit peanut butter and lots of sweetness. Taste is more of the nice sweet peanutbutter jammy notes and a very nice end.
