Flaschbiershop Winteredition 2020 - Superbock, Fläschchen vom Flaschbiershop. Hat laut Etikett 14,5 %, geht dem Verkäufer zufolge aber eher in Richtung 17 %. - Die Flasche ist mit Wachs verschlossen - schick anzusehen aber unpraktisch beim Einschenken, wenn die Wachsbrocken ins Glas fallen. Fast schwarz, üppiger dunkler Schaum. - In der Nase schweres dunkles Malz, tiefe Röstnoten, Vollkornbrot, Hustensaft, Rosinen, zart säuerlich. - Antrunk enorm fett und schwer dunkel- und röstmalzig mit Mokka, Bitterschokolade, Hustensaft, Lakritz und Himbeerbonbon. Schwere Karamelsüße. Satte krautige Hopfenherbe. Milder rezent, mastig; wärmender Alkohol. Im Abgang satt malzbitter und krautig-zitrusfruchtig hopfenherb mit Salz und Lakritz. - Krasser, aromatisch hammerharter Bock, wenig ausgereift und arg unrund. Etwas für Masochisten. (16.2.2021.)

Kiki Fresh Wedding 65, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. Hergestellt für Kiki Sol Wedding 65, eine Bar im Berliner Wedding. - Orangegold, fast klar (aber viel Bodensatz am Flaschenboden); üppiger lockerer Schaum. - In der Nase intensiv zitrusfruchtiger und fein grasig-herber exotischer Aromahopfen über dichtem hellen Malz, leichte säuerliche Altersnote. - Antrunk hefeweich und tief hellmalzig mit säuerlicher Altersnote. Gedämpfte zitrusfruchtige Hopfung, bittere Pampelmuse. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang aromatische aber nicht allzu bittere zitrusfruchtige Herbe. - Angenehmes, exotisch gehopftes Lagerbier, rund und süffig. Die leichte Altersnote war wohl nicht beabsichtigt, stört aber auch nicht allzu sehr. (12.2.2021.)

Small, disappearing cream head over deep bronze-brown beer. Caramel, toffee, coffee, mocha. Rather sweet nose; dark green leaves. Not really dry, sweetened coffee. Some fresh, leafy savour. Light body - feeling lighter than f.i. Guinness would, despite being stronger. Attenuation? Bit light, not bad. Txs to Joren for bringing!

Gezapft im Two Fellas Brewpub. Klares Helb-Orange, kleine weiße Schaumkrone. Aroma: Moderat Malzig.Honig, ein wenig Karamell. Geschmack: Recht süß, Honig, etwas getoasteter Malz, blumig. Recht schwer zum Ende.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange, white head. Aroma is grassy towards light eggy. Medium sweet, grainy to breadish. Mild bitter and crisp grassy. Toasted malt and light bitterness into the finish.

Pale gold with a frothy white head. Ginger aroma, a bit floral, but on the whole smells like a ginger ale. Taste is mildly sweet with lemon citric tones. There is a modest ginger bite at the finish, though I found myself wishing for a bit more. Has a bit of an alcopop feel. Not unpleasant though.

Clear amber color and a nice white head. Malty and deied fruits. Descent nose. Taste is malty, caramel and faint dried fruits. Less hoppy than expected.
