Buddel: (almost) deep golden, hazy, quickly collapsing loose white head, sweetish-bitter grainy nose with fruity traces, mild herbal hops underneath; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and a bit fizzy; lingering grainy, malty and herbal-bitter finish. Not bad, but could be softer...

26/2/2020. Bottle at Meisterstück München. Pours clear golden with a fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, malt, caramel, grapefruit, touch of pine and grass. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, bit above average carbonation. Quite an ok APA.

A bit of a pedio sourness, light body, somewhat thin. But otherwise the underlying beer seems okay. Hopcult Dresden

Bottle: Golden, not completely clear, medium-sized and slowly collapsing loose bleached head, distinctive dryish bitter-herbal nose with an odd yeasty-cellary - almost a bit belgian - background; moderate dry bitter-flavour with a lower sweetness and - can't help it - a light acidity, light bodied but unexpectedly quite soft; lingering dry herbal-grassy finish with returning cellary aromas. A dry Pils with some allusions to a spontaneous fermented brew, sigh...

Draught at Alles Elbe. Weak vinous aroma. Almost black colour. Seems cloudy. Good stable creamy light brown head. The flavour is papery, slightly vinous, slightly roasted. Not great to begin with, but turns creamy with a nice enough cocoa powder note.
