Aus der Flasche (bbe 21.09.2021) im 2024-03 getrunken. Dieses schwarzbraune Schwergewicht kommt ähnlich wie ein Barley Wine mit einem kräftigen Getreidearoma und eine feine Sauerteig?-Säure daher. Dazu kommt ein Kirschkern Aroma. Auch nach der langen Zeit hat es noch eine deutlich Süße, wovon sich aber sicherlich schon einiges davon während die Flaschenlagerungen abgebaut hat. Ein spannendes Bier!
