bottle at CBJ Tasting. Opaque light brown. No head. Aroma has warming booze and dark fruit. Flavourwise it's a tad watered down. Booze bitterness. Light fruit. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long finish. Alright.

Tasting at CBJ, thanks to Leighton for the nip bottle. Clear deepish amber beer, no real head. Light palate, semi dry, near flat. Light caramel malts. Touch of paper. Mellow ripe fruits.Light finish. Survives reasonably well. Certainly drinkable.

Not bad all things considered. Well and soft, notes of oxidation, some aged berries, supple leather, nips of brown bread, a nip of toffee. Fun to try.
