Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Mild malty-roasty aroma. Starts fine malty, roasty, light sourish background, not too intense. Light herbal touch. Finish well balanced. Not bad.

"Haberstumpf Rubin", Flasche von Sagasser, KU, 2.4.2026. - Tiefdunkles Schwarzbraun mit rötlicher Tönung; kremiger Schaum. - In der Nase feines Röstmalz, Schwarzbier-artig mit Mokka, aufgelockert durch leise Wiener-Malz-Noten, feine Frucht (Kirschkonfitüre) und milde orangenfruchtige Hopfung. - Antrunk füllig und weich röst- und wienermalzig mit schöner Karamelsüße, milder Beerenfrucht und mild-aromatischer zitrusfruchtiger Hopfung. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang etwas Pfeffer. - Originelle, füllig-aromatische Kreuzung zwischen Schwarzbier und Wiener Lager von subtiler Tiefe.

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! BB 30.12.25. Cloudy golden in the glass, darker than expected with a more than one finger white foamy head. Grain and caramel on the nose. Tastes the same, additionell some citrus. Not very complex. Soft but present bitterness.

Strohgelbe leicht trübe Farbe; feinporige stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase sehr schön aromatisch, viel helles Malz, Honig, blumige und leicht fruchtige Hopfenaromatik. Im Geschmack getreidig-malzig, etwas honigartige Süße und leichte Fruchtigkeit. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Helles.

Dunkle kastanienbraune Farbe; kompakte feinporige und stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase und im Geschmack viel dunkles Malz und Karamell, durchaus röstmalzig, rotbeerige Frucht, der Hopfen kommt leicht durch, süßlich, relativ kräftiger Körper. Ein überraschend aromatisches und stimmiges Bier.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, dense, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Strawy-spicy, minimally grainy, pale malty and grassy, minimally floral, hoppy as well as minimally doughy and fruity, yeasty aroma, a touch of apricot, protein. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malty, slightly doughy and fruity yeasty, mildly bitter, minimally herbal-grassy and floral hoppy, hints of apricot, protein, a touch of mandarine; more earthy, hoppy aspects in the finish.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Flattering sweetness, highly drinkable - very nice.

Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is grainy malt, straw, welcome touch of grassy and floral-ish hops in the finish. Flavour is light sweet with a light to moderate bitterness. Body is medium. Nicely clean Pilsener, dry with grainy malt and a pleasant hoppy finish. The current RateBeer score doesn't do this justice.
