75cl bottle @ Belgian Beer Geeks Autumn Gathering 2025. Hazed gold, small white head. Pleasant genepi character, smooth and moderately sweet whilst retaining a prominent herbal genepi presence. Decent.

Bottle at BBGG. Clear golden, small white head. Sugary malts, huge woodruff, grassy, honey. Medium sweet, less bitter. Medium bodied. Way too much herbs for me.

Dorée/pale, col blanc épais.
Arôme sur un bouquet frais floral rendant bien sa place au génépi – le tout agrémenté par des notes de grains en support pour une base restant plus dans l’approche franco-belge.
Palais sur une base classique FR/BE avec une touche florale marquée de génépi mais sans tomber dans les travers comme vu chez Br du Mt Blanc. Pas de couleur verte de la bière – infusion fonctionne plutôt bien et rend un caractère plaisant du génépi avec des pointes florales, finement mentholé.
