Bottle, 7%. Acidic aroma, perhaps raisin. Hazy chestnut colour. Small creamy off-white head. The flavour is fruity and acidic with a little raisin/plum note to it. Much lighter mouthfeel and flavour than I had imagined, but good.

Bottle, 10.5%. Peppery and vinous aroma with notes of prune and brown sugar. Dark brown colour, seems clear. Unstable head. The flavour is very sweet with some alcohol bitterness and brown sugar notes. Fairly sweet, but I like strong, sweet beers.

Bottle, 3.5%. Gusher. Acidic and infected smelling. Funky and sour. Very dark brown colour, seems unclear. Stable light brown head. The flavour is acidic and unclean. Fruity sourness. Tastes more of someone trying to pass off a failed batch than an actual attempt at a sour. Goes down the drain.

Glas gedronken tijdens Brew@theZoo. Diep donkerbruin bier, met matig schuim. Aroma is fruitig. Smaak is zacht, hoppig en fruitig. Nasmaak is licht bitter.

Geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Inoven en fam op Brew@TheZoo. Het is een diep donkerbruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van bramen en bessen. De smaak is vol, gebrande mout, rozijnen en hop met een heerlijk bittere afdronk.

Nice discovery, very crushable. A dark beer you can drink in the summer! Dark but refreshingly sour. Not smoky or chocolatey or creamy.

Geprobeerd op het Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival in den Bosch met LiekevdV, Roelzie, Kim en Sander. Het is een troebel roze rood bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een aroma van zure matten en frambozen. De smaak is vol fruitig, frambozen en fris zuur.
