Bottle shared at Free Beer thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy light golden with small white head. Indeed a lot of sherry, dry apple, green apple, raisins, nutty, dry oak, star fruit. Light sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied. Decent, but mostly because of the sherry barrel.

Hazy orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, green apples, blue cheese and mild wood. Flavour is green apple skins, somewhat thin and empty as for the palate.

Bottle at home, courtesy of the Popihn crew, accidentally cellared this for a year. Straightforward, bang-on apple character, feels pretty complex but all of it is apples somehow, as in many sides of the fruit comes through. Acidity is well in balance, there's some funk in there for that extra umpf too. Nois
