Bottle at home, courtesy of the Popihn crew, accidentally cellared this for a year. Straightforward, bang-on apple character, feels pretty complex but all of it is apples somehow, as in many sides of the fruit comes through. Acidity is well in balance, there's some funk in there for that extra umpf too. Nois

Hazy yellow colour with thin head. Slightly musty old apple. Sweetish but with some pleasant funk.
