Winkler Jubilatus, Serie 2017, Flasche (33 cl, MHD: 30.07.18) von Mein-Biershop.de. - Trüber Bernstein. - In der Nase elegante, mild herbe Orangenschale über sattem Weizenmalz mit dezentem Karamel, Banane und Nelke. - Antrunk füllig aber elegant weizenbierig mit feiner Nelke über breitem Weizenmalz mit milder Karamelsüße, geschickt ausbalanciert durch aromatische Orangenherbe. Perlend rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang feine zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe. - Sehr runder, eleganter Weizenbock, der trotz langer Lagerung (beim Brauer oder Händler) kein bißchen alt wirkt. Bottle. Pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, dusty, caramel, noble hops. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, caramel, hops. Finish is hoppy bitter with sweetness and slight booze. Overall: nice hoppy bock.

“Winkler Alt-Amberger Doppelbock“, Flasche (50 cl) von Mein-Biershop.de. - Kupferrotbraun, klar. - In der Nase solides dunkles Malz mit weiniger Note, grundiert von hopfenwürziger Herbe. - Antrunk weich und tief dunkelmalzig mit eleganter Kaffeebittere. Hintergründige, fein zitrusfruchtige und leicht erdige Hopfenherbe. Milder rezent, vollmundig aber biegsam, keineswegs plump. Der Alkohol ist perfekt eingebunden; eine weinige Schwere steigert noch den Reiz. Im Abgang kernige dunkle Malzbittere und feine hopfenwürzige, schwach holzige Herbe. - Eleganter, tief dunkelmalziger und ordentlich bitterer Doppelbock. Ein Genuß.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, slightly bready, wheaty and yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana, baked banana with a touch of honey, clove. Taste is sweet wheaty, notes of banana, hints of honey, peach, minimally metallic, bitter hoppy finish. Very sweet, slightly watery.

33cl bottle. A hazy yellow colour, mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of fresh citrus lemonade, juice. Taste of citrus lemonade, very fresh, juice, no beer.

Hazy amber with medium white head. Aroma is yeasts, heavy esters, green apple peel, band aid. Taste is rather sweet fruits and some wheat juice, with a quite watery body. Low carbonation. Finish contains some spices and a bitter palate. Not very balanced. Not overly fresh. Meh.

Bottle from Mein-Biershop.de. Clear red/brown colour, creamy beige foam disappears quickly. Sweet malts, caramel, very light roasty/bready. Light bitter finish. Easy drinkable. Good Doppelbock.

33cl bottle. A hazy orange golden beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of ripe banana, sugar, wheat, yeast. Taste of sweet banana, riped banana, wheat, yeast, sweet fruity finish.
